Booking and Deposits
To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required within 12 hours of booking. If it isn’t received, the appointment will automatically be released. You may pay by credit card during online booking or by Interac e transfer. If you do not see a time that fits your schedule, feel free to reach out by email or Instagram DM at @luxesmilesca.

Deposit
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment

Late Arrivals
Please notify us if you are running late. A quick call or Instagram DM is appreciated. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment may be cancelled. In this case, the deposit is non-transferable and cannot be used toward a new appointment.

No Shows
No shows impact our schedule and other clients, so anyone who does not show up without notice will lose their deposits and may not be rebooked.

Payments
Full payment is due immediately after your service is completed.
